Skipping to the door she paused before opening it and entering the lab. "N'yaaa!" she cried out in joy, looking around at the shiny laboratory. Kayla was excited about getting her first Pokemon, so much so she didn't even tell her mom she was leaving. "Hey Professooorrrr!" She called out, spotting him in the back. "I'm here to get my first Pokemon, do you have a Skitty?" She inched closer to him, but stopped once she reached a desk. Looking over her side she could see the Professor's Assistant. "Hiya." she waved smiling, she was just so excited she wasn't sure if she could wait for the Professor to come into the room. |

The Professor heard the calls of a young trainer while he was in the backroom. Her mother had called earlier to announce that she would be here so he wasn't that surprised. "Coming right up." He laughed to himself and tossed the ball into the other room, releasing the Pokemon and leaving its pokeball on the floor for his assistant to pick up, which he did and handed to the young trainer. "She's a real charmer, I'm sure you two will get along just fine."
